As a musician, my intention is to create powerful, sonic art that uplifts and moves you. Music that you can instantly connect with. Songs that feel brand new, yet somehow familiar.
As a creator, I'm documenting as much of my journey as possible, in an open and honest way. I want you to be able to connect with the human behind the art. The father, husband, and everyday guy trying to figure it out—like the rest of us.
As a nurse and healer, I want to inspire you to live a healthier, happier life. By sharing my knowledge and personal experience, my hope is too help a million people to improve their wellbeing, one small action at a time.
